Bill Gossman
Bill Gossman, an Executive in Residence at Mohr Davidow, has been an active investor and company builder in the venture industry for the past two decades. He leverages more than 25 years of hands-on experience in high-growth companies to help entrepreneurs to reshape the media landscape. Bill believes firmly that great entrepreneurs are great leaders. Bill is currently Chairman of Magi, a social gaming destination in open beta. Previously Bill was CEO of Audience Science whose Audience Gateway records billions of behavioral events daily and reaching over 385 million unique Internet users. Other activities in digital media include serving on the board of Pelago (Groupon) and personally investing in iLike (NWS), RealSelf and Kickball Labs.
Bill co-founded @mobile, a wireless Internet software and services company, where he served as COO and CFO, and later engineered the company's $400 million merger into Openwave Systems (OPWV). Prior to @mobile, he served in management and technical positions at Lucent, AT&T Wireless, Hughes and Northrop.
